Malcolm Mitchell is an award-winning chef who has owned, operated, and consulted on dozens of restaurants throughout the United States. Chef is currently the Corporate Director of Restaurants & Bars for Donohoe Hospitality Service, where he oversees a portfolio of twenty restaurants and food and beverage operations. His love affair with food began with his Mother. It was intensified while he traveled the world for four years in the Navy and became his full-time passion pursuit after graduating from Stratford University and launching his culinary career. In addition to his numerous achievements in the restaurant and hotel industries, Chef Mitchell founded M. Mitchell the Chef, a personal chef and catering service that boasts a client roster including A-list celebrities, as well as professional athletes from the NBA and NFL. Chef Mitchell has taken the culinary world by storm with his ability to create culinary concepts in multiple genres, including Mint Gastropub, Legendary Eats, Lower 48, Butcher's Hill Society, and many more. Chef Mitchell has been an adjunct professor at Prince George's Community College. The chef continues to educate and inspire young culinary minds through numerous speaking engagements across the country.
